The main project is Biglietto: an AI-native travel assistant, live and usable today. It came out of a problem I ran into as a traveller, not out of a market analysis.
Biglietto
One place for your whole trip. Photograph a ticket, a hotel confirmation, a ferry booking: Biglietto reads them and files them in your trip calendar, in the right place.
What it does today
- Photograph a ticket and the AI pulls out the details: date, time, route, name.
- Fix anything it misreads in one tap. You confirm every entry before it's saved.
- Export everything to the calendar app you already use.
- See your travel in numbers, not scattered across your inbox.
Where it stands
The product is live: anyone can create their own calendar and start using it. Development happens in public, update after update.
What's there today is the first layer. What comes next is holding the trip together as it happens: what a delay actually means, where a connection breaks, what's worth doing before you have to look it up. That's the part I'm working on with a dedicated development team.

A second project
Alongside Biglietto I'm working on a second project, still in its early stages. For now it stays under wraps: I'd rather talk about it when there's something concrete to show, not before.
